What we collect

For the beta list, we collect the email address you submit plus optional name, business type, website or social link, and notes. We also store basic technical metadata such as browser user agent and a hashed IP value for spam and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use beta list information to contact you about early access, product feedback, setup questions, and launch updates. We do not sell the beta list.

Messaging consent

Submitting this form does not enroll you in SMS marketing. SMS, Telegram, or email messaging inside seller accounts depends on the consent settings and opt-out tools configured for that seller.

SMS / text messaging (Porch Orders)

Porch Orders, operated by aut0m8 LLC, sends SMS text messages only to customers who opt in. Opt-in happens one of two ways: (1) you text our number first (for example MENU, BOOK, or an order request), or (2) you enter your phone number during checkout and check the unchecked box consenting to receive order status texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message types include order confirmations, pickup and delivery status updates, appointment reminders, and menu or booking links. Message frequency varies by order activity. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
